POLYNUCLEOTIDES

Polynucleotides Skin Regeneration Treatment in Clare and Bury St Edmunds

🌿 What Are Polynucleotides?

Polynucleotides are advanced regenerative injectables made from purified DNA fragments (typically salmon-derived) that stimulate cell repair, fibroblast activity, and collagen production. Unlike fillers or traditional boosters, they focus on healing the skin at a cellular level—perfect for delicate or compromised areas.

✨ Benefits of Polynucleotide Skin Treatments

  • Encourages natural collagen and elastin production

  • Strengthens thin or crepey skin

  • Helps reduce pigmentation and redness

  • Heals acne scars and post-surgical marks

  • Improves hydration and skin resilience

  • Safe for under-eyes and other delicate areas

📍 Where Can They Be Used?

  • Under-eyes (tear troughs)

  • Full face

  • Neck & décolletage

  • Hands

  • Scars or stretch marks

  • Any area of fragile, sun-damaged, or ageing skin

🕒 What to Expect During Treatment

A topical numbing cream is applied before a series of tiny, precise injections. Sessions last about 30 minutes with very little discomfort. A course of 2–4 treatments spaced 2–3 weeks apart is usually recommended.

⏳ When Will I See Results?
Clients typically notice brighter, more hydrated skin within 1–2 weeks, with firmer, smoother texture and reduced pigmentation appearing over the following month as the body increases collagen production.

Frequently asked questions

Q: Are polynucleotides safe?
A: Yes—made from biocompatible materials, they are well-tolerated and have a strong safety record.

Q: How do polynucleotides differ from skin boosters?
A: Boosters hydrate the skin. Polynucleotides actually stimulate tissue regeneration and cellular repair.

Q: Will I need downtime?
A:Not usually. You may have some mild redness or swelling for 24–48 hours.

Q: How many sessions will I need?
A: Most clients see best results after 2–4 treatments spaced a few weeks apart.

Q: Can they be combined with other treatments?
A: Yes—particularly effective when paired with microneedling, PRP, or LED therapy.
